Local Church Offers Support for Eating Disorders

There is help for students who suffer from eating disorders. A support group, called Overeaters Anonymous, has met in Centralia for more than 20 years. OA is not just about weight loss, weight gain or maintenance, or obesity or diets. Through its 12-step program, the group addresses physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Full story

2011 Graduation

Centralia College will hold its 2011 commencement exercises on Friday, June 10, beginning at 4 p.m. This year, more than 600 students are eligible to receive their degree or certificate and about 260 will take part in the outdoor ceremony. The ceremony will be held on the field north of the college Clocktower, located in the center of campus, and will take place regardless of weather conditions. Full story
