The Blazers saw their hopes of postseason play come to an end May 16 in Tacoma. Centralia needed to win its final two games of the season to qualify for a playoff game between the number two and three teams in the west for the final playoff spot. However with 3-1 and 4-1 losses, the Blazers season came to an end.
Tyson Schmitt took the mound in the first game against the Titans and pitched the complete game.
Schmitt gave up three runs on six hits and struck out five batters.
Centralia could not get any offense going scoring one run on just three hits.
Mac Collette had the Blazers only RBI on a sacrifice fly in the sixth inning.
With the first game loss, Centralia's hopes to make the NWAACC Tournament ended.
Scott Miller started the second game and pitched three innings giving up two runs and striking out five.
Jacob Conklin, Seth Gregorich and Colton Westfall each pitched an inning giving up a combined three hits and two runs.
The Blazers only run came in the final inning when Joe Wooster drove in Jesus Morgan.
Morgan was 2-3 with a run in the game and Wooster was 1-3 with an RBI.
Centralia finished their season with a 19-18 overall record, which is the team's first winning season since 2004.
