The Lady Blazers won both games of a sophomore night doubleheader May 8 against South Puget Sound.
The Clippers were only able to field nine players as they were missing some players who were attending dances.
Centralia won the first game of the doubleheader 8-1 behind the pitching of Stephanie Spriggs.
The Blazers had seven hits while SPS had five.
The Clippers were forced to forfeit the second game because one of their players was unable to play giving them only eight players.
The two teams met again May 10 for a doubleheader at South Puget Sound this time with different outcomes.
The Clippers were able to squeak out a 1-0 win in the first game.
Both teams had six hits but South Puget Sound was able to get a run across the plate.
Spriggs was charged with a loss in this game.
In the second game Centralia was defeated 9-3.
The Clippers were able to get nine runs on 14 hits while the Blazers could only produce three runs on nine hits.
Kim Kerlee was a bright spot for Centralia with a homerun in the game.
Sam Hall started the game and was given the loss.
The Blazers travel to Green River May 11 for their final games of the season before the NWAACC tournament which starts May 21.
